Bookings & Cancellations Policy

I understand that it isn't always possible to keep our intentions, and that life is full of surprises! However, to keep it fair for all of us, I have created a booking and cancellation policy.

 

Class Cancellation

  • Classes must be cancelled online no later than 2 hours before the class.

  • If you have trouble, please email me to cancel your class (this still must be done no later than 2 hours before).

  • Missed bookings or late cancellations will be charged in full.

Advance booking

If you book an in-person or online class and fail to cancel or show up, you will be charged for the class. I value my time as much as I value yours, so this ensures that we do our best.

If you have not yet paid for the class in advance, but you have signed up and then decided not to take the class, a balance owing will be requested to be paid unless you have cancelled at least 2 hours before the class.

 

All in-person classes must be paid for before the class is taken, either by making a payment online or in person. Those with outstanding balances will be asked to pay before signing up for any more classes.

Class Cards

Class cards are non-transferable and non-refundable unless shared with family members.

Cards do expire and cannot be extended, unless you have a doctor’s note and cannot practice yoga for a period of time.

 

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable if the class cancellation policy is not followed. Class credits are given to those who have cancelled 2 hours prior to class.
